1.Who We Are

This service is provided by AXESS34 Marketing Consultancy, trading as Get Done For You Sites, and is available to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and Canada.

2.Free Trial & Billing

Starting your website build requires a valid payment card via Stripe. No charge is taken at signup. Your subscription begins with a 14-day free trial, during which you have full access to the onboarding process and your build is underway.

If you cancel at any point before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything, and no payment will ever be taken for that signup.

If you do not cancel, your first payment of $159 (billed in your local currency — £125 in the UK, $225 in Australia or Canada) is charged automatically 14 days after you sign up, and the same amount monthly thereafter, in line with the rental terms described in Section 5. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST due in your country is calculated and added automatically at checkout — see Section 6 for details.

We aim to have your website live before your trial ends. In the event a build is delayed beyond 14 days for reasons on our side, we may extend your trial period at our discretion so that billing does not begin before your site is live. This is offered as a goodwill measure and is not guaranteed — unless we actively extend your trial, billing will proceed automatically on the original 14-day schedule.

3.What You Get

Once your plan is active, $159/month (£125 in the UK, $225 in Australia or Canada — local sales tax, VAT, or GST added automatically where applicable) includes:

• A bespoke 5–7 page website: Home, About, Services, plus Pricing/Testimonials/Gallery, Contact, and Privacy & Terms pages
• Up to 5 branded email addresses (e.g. info@yourbusiness.com), accessible via webmail from anywhere, hosted on secure UK-based servers
• Fast, award-winning hosting via 20i.com: SSD storage, UK data centres, free SSL, daily backups, and a web application firewall, with 99.99% uptime and no extra hosting bills
• SEO and AI-search structuring: schema markup and a sitemap built to help Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews understand and recommend your business
• Ongoing updates and support for small text and image changes, plus routine security updates
• Invoices (including VAT, GST, or sales tax where applicable) issued automatically via Stripe

Not included: your domain name (see Section 4), stock photography beyond royalty-free images, e-commerce, online booking, membership systems, custom-built functionality, logo design beyond simple text treatments, additional pages beyond 7 ($95 each), and additional email addresses beyond 5 ($4/month each).

4.Domain Ownership — You Always Own Your Domain

Your domain name is yours, permanently, regardless of what happens to your subscription. We never take ownership of it under any circumstances.

• If you already own a domain, you keep full ownership throughout — we simply manage the DNS settings while your plan is active.
• If you need a domain registered, we register it in your name at cost (typically $12–$30/year depending on domain extension and country), with you as the registrant from day one — even if you later cancel your website plan.
• On cancellation, your domain stays yours; we remove our DNS management and hosting, but the domain itself is never affected.
• Domain renewal is your responsibility after the first year (we'll send a reminder), unless you've set it to auto-renew at your own cost.

5.Rental Model & What Happens If You Cancel

This is best understood like renting a managed shop unit rather than buying a building outright. While your subscription is active, you have a fully live, managed website, email addresses, hosting, and support. You do not own the underlying design, code, or structure outright — you hold a licence to use it for as long as you're subscribed. This is what allows us to keep the price low and avoid charging a $1,000+ setup fee.

Intellectual property: the website's design, code, and structure remain the property of AXESS34. You're granted a non-exclusive licence to use them while your subscription is active. Any content you provide yourself — your logo, your own text, and your own photos — remains entirely yours.

What happens if you cancel, after your trial has ended and billing has started:

• Within 7 days of your billing period ending, your website is taken offline and deleted from our hosting.
• Your email addresses and any emails stored in them are deleted — please export anything important before this point.
• Hosting, SSL, and backups are terminated.
• No website files are handed over as part of a standard cancellation — this is a rental service.
• You keep your domain name and any content you originally provided to us.
• No refund is given for the current month already paid.

If you'd rather own the website outright, a one-off buyout is available for $1,900 (roughly 12 months' subscription), after which you're free to take your hosting elsewhere (we recommend continuing with 20i.com directly at their standard rate, around $25/month, though this isn't required). We'll transfer the website files to you as part of the buyout. Email hello@getdoneforyousites.com to arrange this.

6.Payment

• $159/month (£125 in the UK, $225 in Australia or Canada), plus any VAT, GST, or sales tax due in your country, calculated and added automatically at checkout — with an invoice issued automatically for every payment.
• Once your trial ends, billing occurs monthly in advance from that date.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
• There are no setup fees and no minimum contract length beyond the trial itself.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry up to 3 times over 7 days, and we'll email you a reminder. If payment still hasn't succeeded after 7 days, your site may be suspended (see Section 9).
• If we ever change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you're free to cancel before the change takes effect.

7.Build Process

• Within a few minutes of signing up, we'll send an onboarding checklist to your email, asking for your logo, services, photos, brand colours, and domain access details.
• We ask that you provide this content within 7 days. If you're missing something — a logo, for example — we're happy to write copy from your brief and use royalty-free imagery in the meantime.
• We aim to complete your build within your 14-day trial, covering your 5–7 pages, up to 5 email addresses, and SEO/AI structuring.
• You get 2 rounds of revisions included, covering small text and image changes — a major redesign beyond this scope may incur an additional charge.
• Your site goes live once you've approved it, and we'll provide your webmail login details at that point.

If you don't provide content within 14 days, your build may pause while we wait to hear from you — but your trial clock keeps running regardless, and billing will still begin automatically on schedule once your 14 days are up, as described in Section 2. Extra revision rounds beyond the 2 included are charged at $65/hour.

8.Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you own the rights to any logo, images, or content you provide, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• We ask for feedback within 5 working days where possible, to keep your build on schedule.
• Your site must not be used for anything illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
• You're responsible for keeping your email account passwords secure.
• If your site collects any data from your own customers, GDPR compliance for that data is your responsibility, not ours.
• You're responsible for your domain and its renewal, as covered in Section 4.

9.Cancellation

During your 14-day trial: cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal link in your confirmation email, or by emailing hello@getdoneforyousites.com. No fee applies, and since you haven't been charged yet, nothing is owed.

After your trial has ended and billing has started: email hello@getdoneforyousites.com with the subject "Cancel — [your business name]," or use the Stripe portal link on your invoice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no additional fee.

• You can cancel at any time — there's no minimum contract beyond the trial.
• You retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• At the end of that period, your site and emails are removed within 7 days, and hosting is terminated, as described in Section 5.
• You always keep your domain — we simply remove our DNS management of it.
• No refunds or pro-rata credit are given for the remainder of a billing period.
• Please export anything from your email inboxes before cancelling — after 7 days, this data cannot be recovered.
• If you'd like to rejoin after cancelling, standard pricing applies, and a rebuild fee may apply if your previous site has already been deleted.

10.Suspension

We may suspend your website or email service if:

• Payment remains unpaid after our retry attempts (Section 6)
• Your site is used for anything illegal, for spam, phishing, or malware
• Our support is used abusively or outside fair, reasonable use
• You breach any other part of these Terms

Suspension is lifted once the issue is resolved and any outstanding payment is made.

11.Support

Support is provided by email only at hello@getdoneforyousites.com (phone support isn't available yet, but may be added in future). We aim to respond Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time (GMT/BST), within 48 hours — often sooner.

Support covers small text and image changes, and general hosting or uptime issues. It doesn't cover major redesigns, new pages beyond the 7 included, custom code, or guaranteed SEO outcomes, or issues arising from third-party services outside our control.

12.SEO & AI Disclaimer

We build every site with SEO best practice in mind — structured data, semantic HTML, and an accurate sitemap — to give your business the best possible chance of being found on Google and referenced by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. However, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, AI recommendations, website traffic, or resulting customer enquiries, since these depend on factors outside our control. No refunds are given based on SEO or AI visibility outcomes.

13.Liability & Law

• This service is provided on a rental basis, hosted on UK infrastructure aiming for 99.99% uptime — though we cannot guarantee 100% availability, in line with 20i's own service level agreement.
• We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data beyond what our daily backups cover, or other indirect losses.
• Our total liability to you is capped at the total amount you've actually paid us in the last 3 months (excluding any period covered by your free trial, during which no payment was made).
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, negligence, or fraud, where the law does not allow us to do so.
• You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you provide that infringes a third party's rights.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with the courts of England & Wales having non-exclusive jurisdiction. This is standard practice for a UK-based company serving international customers, and does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country (UK, US, Australia, or Canada) that cannot be excluded by contract.

14.Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time, giving at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect counts as acceptance of the new terms; if you disagree with a change, you're free to cancel before it takes effect.
