How AXESS34 Marketing Consultancy handles your data as part of the Get Done For You Sites website plan. We collect only what we need to build and run your site — nothing is ever sold.
When you sign up, Stripe securely saves your payment card so that your first payment can be taken automatically once your 14-day trial ends. We never see or store your full card number — only Stripe does, to Payment Card Industry (PCI DSS Level 1) standard. See Section 2 for what we do and don't hold.
The data controller for this service is AXESS34 Marketing Consultancy (James Watts), trading as Get Done For You Sites, serving customers in the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.
If you're in the UK, we rely on UK GDPR as set out in the table below. If you're in the US, Australia, or Canada, the same underlying purposes apply, though the specific legal framework differs (e.g. the CCPA in California, the Privacy Act 1988 in Australia, or PIPEDA in Canada) — we've listed the UK GDPR basis here as it's the most detailed framework we operate under, and we apply the same standard of care everywhere we operate.
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK GDPR) | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Building and running your website | Contract — Art. 6(1)(b) | To provide the service you've signed up for |
| Managing your free trial and monthly billing | Contract — Art. 6(1)(b) | To process your Stripe subscription |
| Support and account security | Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) | Responding to support requests and preventing fraud |
| Issuing tax invoices (VAT, GST, or sales tax) | Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) | Tax authorities in your country require financial record-keeping |
| Marketing emails, if you opt in | Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) | You can withdraw this at any time |
We never sell your data, to anyone, under any circumstances.
| Who | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Processing your free trial, monthly payments, and tax invoices | Regional entity per country, PCI DSS Level 1 certified |
| 20i.com Ltd | UK web hosting, SSL, and backups | UK-based, green-powered data centres, 99.99% uptime |
| Google Fonts | Loading the Inter typeface used on your site | Content delivery network |
| Our email provider | Secure email hosting for your branded inboxes | UK/EU |
If you're in the UK, you have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, erase, or restrict the data we hold about you, to object to certain processing, to request your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (where consent is our basis for processing — see Section 3).
If you're in the US (particularly California, under the CCPA), Australia (under the Privacy Act 1988), or Canada (under PIPEDA), you have broadly equivalent rights to know what data we hold, request its correction or deletion, and opt out of its sale (we don't sell data to anyone, so this is straightforward) — the exact named rights and process vary slightly by country.
Wherever you're based, email hello@getdoneforyousites.com or privacy@getdoneforyousites.com to exercise any of these rights — we aim to respond within 1 month.
Your data is protected by 20i.com's UK, ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, with daily backups, SSL encryption, and a web application firewall. We use two-factor authentication on our own email accounts, and all payment handling is managed by Stripe to PCI DSS standard.
Your website and email data are held in UK data centres via 20i.com. Payment data is processed by Stripe within the EU/UK. Where any data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to keep it protected to UK standards.
We'd always rather hear from you directly first — email hello@getdoneforyousites.com or privacy@getdoneforyousites.com and we'll do our best to resolve any concern.
You also have the right to complain to your own country's data protection regulator:
| Country | Regulator | Contact |
|---|---|---|
| UK | Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) | ico.org.uk · 0303 123 1113 |
| US | Federal Trade Commission (FTC); California Attorney General for CCPA matters | ftc.gov · oag.ca.gov |
| Australia | Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) | oaic.gov.au |
| Canada | Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) | priv.gc.ca |

We collect only what's needed to build your 5–7 page website, host it on UK-based servers via 20i.com, and process your free trial and monthly payments via Stripe. We never sell your data or use tracking. You always own your domain. If you cancel, your site and emails are deleted — but your domain always stays yours, and if you cancel during your free trial, you're never charged anything.
